Love the scent and the portability

I have never has a diffuser but moved to FL from CA and didn't want to light scented candles any more, so I found this and it is fantastic. The portability is wonderful and the scents are unique.

First Bad Experience

I have purchased many Nebu diffusers and many oils of various sizes from Nebu. However, this order the portable, car module came without the (supposed to be) included vial the oil is to be poured into. That means it’s unusable. I tried reaching out to customer service several times, and was not given a solution, follow-up, and a replacement vial (all I asked for) was not sent to the recipient of this Nebu Diffuser (it was a gift, which makes makes it coming defectively even worse).

Almost Perfect

This is the perfect size for my bathroom and the scent is very strong on the lowest setting. This would be 5-star if it were programmable rather than shutting off after 3 hours.

Love Nebu, already owned one. Got the second one for on the go.

Good for office/car

Works well in small areas. Only down is the automatic shut off (reason for the 4 star). I wish I could choose how long it stays on, rather than automatically stopping after 3 hours. It works well in my office, but I have to remember to restart it.

second not as first

This was the second one Ibought because the first was great and house smelled so good. Unfortunaely, the second though good was not as powerful. I put it in a smaller room so at least there was fragrance.

Excellent little diffuser

I had to exchange the first one charging light never turned green, customer service was excellent sent me a replacement within 5 days and that includes weekend. This one for 1st charge took 4 hours but turned green. Like that they use same oil just different sizes so all you have to do is buy the correct size 1 time and then you can buy larger sizes.

The battery doesn't last long, and the intensity of the fragrance is not that strong.
