Nebu Luxury LLC Limited Manufacturer's Warranty

Nebu Luxury LLC ("Nebu") offers the following limited warranty on its line of scent diffusers (the "Products"). This limited warranty is issued to the original purchaser of the Product and cannot be transferred. Please read the following carefully to understand the protections provided to you as the purchaser.

Warrant Period

The warranty period is 180 days from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period"). During the Warranty Period, Nebu will repair or replace, at no charge, the Product or parts of the Product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

Limitations and Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to:

1. Accidents
2. Misuse
3. Neglect
4. Misapplication
5. Alterations
6. Modifications
7. Unauthorized repair
8. Inadequate maintenance
9. Normal wear and tear
10. Any other event, act, default or omission outside Nebu's control.

The use of any oil that is not Nebu's own in the Product will automatically void this warranty. Our nebulizing diffusers and the compressors that they use are specifically made for a certain viscosity, which is the exact viscosity to which we make Nebu oils, fragrance oils.

Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact Nebu to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. You will be responsible for shipping charges to send the product to the following address:

After the Warranty Period, you will also be responsible for the shipping fee to send the replacement unit.

Governing Law

This limited warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, specifically Palm Beach County, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction.

Your Rights

You may have other rights under law, which vary from state to state. This warranty is not intended to change or exclude any statutory warranties in any state or jurisdiction that cannot be lawfully changed or excluded.

If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, it shall be severed from this warranty and the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected.
