Can I use any essential oil in a Nēbu diffuser?

Absolutely not! This technology requires a VERY precise viscosity for the fragrance oils to operate and "nebulize" properly. Nēbu oils are specially formulated to operate in our precise machines.

How do I connect my Nēbu diffuser to the app?

1) Download the “nebu luxury” app. Install and IMPORTANT to accept Bluetooth access so your phone and unit can connect.
2) Plug in diffuser and refresh app
3) Enter default password “1234”
4) Press “add schedule” to enter a new schedule. You can have up to 5 weekly schedules.
5) Enter start time, end time, and choose from the preset scent settings.

Please note you can also choose “custom” at the bottom which will allow you to design your own fragrance schedule to meet any need.

Ensure Nebulizing Success

⟡ Place diffuser in a central location away from direct contact with people and pets to allow the nanoparticles to catch the first wave of air and disperse through the room.

⟡ LESS IS MORE - If you have never used a nebulizer diffuser, you will be blown away by it's efficiency. A little bit goes a long way so start off at the lowest scent setting and work up from there to find your personal Nēbu level.

⟡ Nēbu nebulizing diffusers use a specially blended essential fragrance oil. They are formulated to a specific viscosity to allow for optimum nebulization. Do not add water; these oils are super efficient and last up to 60 days with daily use as mixed.

It worked.. .then it didn't

I bought 2 of them. I also live in Canada and with conversion and shipping it was quite expensive. Both of them worked extremely well.
1 of them stopped working yesterday. That is 280 days from shipping. The warranty is 180 days.

Powerful!

These diffusers are excellent and make my whole house smell amazing! I underestimated how powerful one plug in could be but the controls make it easy to find a nice balance. The app also makes it easy to adjust when I’m feeling sensitive to smells. I will definitely purchase more and already purchased one for a friend!

Very happy with this purchase. After using for about 2 weeks, I bought two more to gift to my daughters. The scents covers a large area of our house. I also like the app. I like I can set my own schedule. I have it to turn off over night. That should get more mileage out of the franbance oils. We haven't disliked any fragrances, but our favorite scents so far are Paris Elegance, New York Mystify, and Dream Weaver.

I loved my first device so much that I purchased my second one a week later. Customer service has been amazing with a few questions that I’ve had.
The app isn’t as useful as pictured, but it’s sufficient for now. Hopefully hopefully it’ll be better within an update.
